1. DATA WE COLLECT
To provide a rewarded Web3 experience, we collect the following:
- Verification Data:GPS location and timestamp metadata attached to your uploads. This is used solely to verify "Exploration Moments" and "Adventure" content for crypto rewards.
- Web3 Data: Public wallet addresses used for reward distribution. We never collect or store your private keys or seed phrases.
- AI Personalization Data: Your travel preferences, search history within our AI itinerary builder, and interaction with travel agency packages.
- VR Sensor Data: Technical data from the Trekmara VR device (e.g., field of view, hardware performance) to optimize your immersive experience.
- Identity Data: Basic profile information (name, email, or social login) provided during account creation.
- Transaction Data: Details required to fulfill bookings with Agencies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Reward Validation: We use GPS and AI-detection metadata to ensure content is human-generated and location-authentic.
- AI Training & Personalization: Your preferences help our AI suggest better travel packages and itineraries.
- Platform Safety:Monitoring for bot activity, reward farming, or fraudulent "Proof of Presence" attempts.
- Service Delivery: Facilitating bookings between you and third-party travel agencies.
3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
- Travel Agencies: When you book a package, we share necessary details (name, contact, itinerary) with the specific agency to fulfill your booking.
- Blockchain Transparency:Transaction data (reward payouts) is recorded on a public blockchain. While your identity isn't always public, your wallet address and transaction history are.
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting and payment processors.
- Law Enforcement: When legally compelled to do so.
- No Sale of Personal Data: Trekmara does not sell your personal location history or private data to third-party advertisers. We earn through platform fees, not data harvesting.
4. THE "HUMAN-ONLY" VERIFICATION PROCESS
To enforce our "No AI-Generated Rewards" policy, all uploaded media is scanned by a proprietary AI-classifier. This process:
- Analyzes pixels for synthetic patterns.
- Cross-references GPS data with known landmarks.
- Note: This scan does not store your biometric facial data; it only verifies the authenticity of the file.
5. DATA RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS
- Control:You can request to view, edit, or delete your personal data at any time via the "Privacy Settings" in the Trekmara app.
- Portability: You have the right to export your travel history and reward data.
- Deletion: If you delete your account, we scrub your personal identifiers from our database, though blockchain transactions will remain on the ledger as per the nature of the technology.
6. VR PRIVACY & SAFETY
Trekmara VR devices do not record your physical surroundings (passthrough data) unless explicitly authorized for "Immersive Content Creation." Any 360° footage you upload for rewards is treated as Public Content.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
As a global platform, your data may be processed in countries with different privacy laws. We use standard contractual clauses to ensure your data remains protected regardless of where it is stored.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect new Web3 regulations or AI features. Significant changes will be announced via a push notification.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE TREKMARA PLATFORM, VR DEVICES, OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Trekmara ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides a social travel platform, AI-driven itinerary tools and a travel agency marketplace. By downloading, creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Trekmara.
- Wallets: You are responsible for maintaining the security of any Web3 wallet connected to the platform. Trekmara is not liable for lost seeds, hacked wallets, or unauthorized transactions.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Trekmara operates as a dual-function platform:
- Travel Marketplace:An intermediary platform where third-party travel agencies ("Agencies") list travel packages for booking. Our AI-generated itineraries are for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying travel requirements (visas, safety, weather). Trekmara acts as a facilitator between users and travel agencies. We are not a travel agent. Any contract for travel services is strictly between the User and the Travel Agency
- Social Network:A platform for Users to share travel moments via text, images, and video ("User Content").
4. THE TREKMARA REWARD ECONOMY
Trekmara operates on a "Proof of Presence" and "Human Creativity" reward model.
- Qualified Content: Crypto rewards are exclusively reserved for original, human-generated content in the following categories: Dance, Music, Exploration, Cultural/Heritage, Arts, Performances/Plays, and Adventure.
- AI Content Prohibition:AI-generated visuals (images, videos, or deepfakes) do not qualify for rewards. Attempting to pass AI content as "Human-Generated" to farm rewards is a material breach of these terms.
- Token Value: Rewards are distributed in crypto-assets. These assets are subject to market volatility. Trekmara does not guarantee the future fiat value of any rewards.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or AI to automate engagement or reward farming.
- Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on third-party copyrights.
- Manipulate the platform's smart contracts or metadata.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Company IP: The Trekmara name, logo, AI algorithms, VR hardware designs, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of the Company.
- User IP: You retain ownership of your content, but grant Trekmara a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the ecosystem.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trekmara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of crypto-assets, data, or personal injury resulting from travel booked through the platform.
9. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
Trekmara reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to freeze accounts or forfeit rewards for users found in violation of the "Human-Only" content mandate.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction where trekmara is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Community Guidelines & User Policy

Trekmara is built to empower explorers. We bridge the gap between digital content and physical adventure by rewarding authentic storytelling with blockchain-based value. To maintain this ecosystem, all users must adhere to the following principles.
2. The "Human-First" Earning Policy
Trekmara rewards authentic human creativity and physical presence. While AI tools are encouraged to help plan your trip or manage logistics, AI-generated visuals (images or video) are strictly ineligible for crypto rewards.
Qualified Earning Categories
To qualify for the Trekmara Reward Pool, your content must fall into one of the following "High-Value" categories:

Proof of Authenticity (PoA)
To maintain the integrity of our Web3 rewards, Trekmara utilizes a Multi-Layer Verification system to ensure humans remain the focus of our rewards.
- Metadata Validation: Our system checks for GPS tags and camera metadata to ensure the content was captured in the physical world.
- AI-Detection Shield:All uploads pass through an AI-classifier. Content flagged as synthetic or "Deepfake" will be marked "For Display Only" and will not accrue rewards.
- Community Vouching:High-earning posts may be subject to community "verification" where local explorers confirm the authenticity of the performance or location.
3. Web3, Rewards, & Anti-Farming Policy
- Wallet Security: Users are responsible for their own private keys. Trekmara will never ask for your seed phrase.
- Token Utility: Rewards ($TREK tokens) are subject to vesting and withdrawal schedules to ensure a stable economy.
- Prohibited "Farming" Behaviors: The following actions result in a Reward Strike or permanent account ban:
- Plagiarism: Re-uploading content from other platforms.
- Stock Footage: Using stock libraries to simulate travel.
- Looping/Low-Effort: Repeatedly posting the same content in different locations.
- AI-Masking: Attempting to hide AI-generated filters as human performers.
- Earnings Manipulation:"Follow-for-follow" schemes, bot engagement, or exploiting smart contracts.
4. Community Conduct & Platform Usage
- Virtual Reality (VR) Conduct:When recording 360°/VR content, respect local privacy and avoid restricted sites. Ensure a safe, clear physical space when using your VR device. Users who capture 360° Exploration or Cultural Performances are eligible for "Immersive Bonuses."
- Booking & Agency Interactions: Maintain professionalism when interacting with travel agencies. Our AI itinerary builder is an assistant—you are responsible for verifying all travel requirements (visas, health docs) independently.
- Prohibited Behavior: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or excessive spam.
5. Enforcement & Appeals
Trekmara utilizes a combination of AI moderation and community reporting to ensure a fair environment.
- Warnings: Minor infractions may receive a temporary shadow-ban or warning.
- Termination: Serious violations (fraud, hate speech, or reward manipulation) result in permanent bans and the forfeiture of platform-specific rewards.
User Acknowledgment
"We pay for the soul, not the circuit." Use AI to plan your route, but use your body, your voice, and your lens to earn your rewards. If a machine made it, it belongs in the gallery. If a human lived it, it belongs in the wallet.
By using Trekmara, you agree to contribute to a world where travel is accessible, rewarding, and authentic.
TREKMARA CONTENT MONETIZATION POLICY

This document outlines the framework for content monetization on the Trekmara platform. To maintain a high-quality, professional ecosystem, all creators must adhere to these standards, which prioritize human creativity, transparency, and niche-specific expertise.
1. Monetization Thresholds & Eligibility
Participation in the Trekmara Reward Ecosystem is reserved for verified experts who maintain the following milestones:
- Ranking: Must hold an active Treklord Status (Level 10).
- Audience: A minimum of 1,000 verified followers.
- Engagement: A minimum of 5,000 watched hours within the last 12 months (rolling basis).
- Verification: Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening is mandatory.
- Geography: Users must reside in a non-sanctioned jurisdiction to receive rewards.
2. Mandatory Niche Pillars
Monetization is strictly limited to content within these professional domains. Content outside of these specific pillars is ineligible for revenue generation:
- Tourism & Travel (Guides, Itineraries, Hospitality)
- Food & Culinary Arts (Gastronomy, Traditions, Dining)
- Music & Dance (Cultural performances, Original choreography)
- Arts & Culture (Visual arts, Heritage, Storytelling)
- Recreation (Outdoor, Wellness, Leisure)
3. The "Human-First" AI Policy
Trekmara is a sanctuary for authentic human perspective and lived experience.
- Prohibition: Fully AI-generated content (visuals, scripts, or deepfakes) cannot and will not be monetized.
- Permitted AI-Assistance: AI tools used for technical cleanup (noise reduction, color grading, translation subtitles) are permitted, provided the core creative substance remains human-produced.
- Enforcement:We reserve the right to "slash" (forfeit) pending rewards or demote rankings if AI-generated content is detected.
4. Professional Conduct & Safety
- Safety: Trekmara does not reward trespassing, illegal activity, or dangerous stunts. Creators assume all physical and legal risk while filming.
- Originality: You must own or license all assets (music, footage, etc.).
- Quality: Content must meet professional standards (clear audio/video) and provide actual utility to the travel community.
5. Rights & Licensing
- Creator Ownership: You retain ownership of your content.
- Platform License: By monetizing, you grant Trekmara a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use snippets of your content for platform marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Payouts & Tax Schedule
- Payment Cycle: All earned rewards are processed on a monthly cycle. Payments will be issued on the 25th of the following month (e.g., January earnings are paid on February 25th).
- Asset Distribution: Rewards are settled in Trek (Crypto) or TC (Travel Credits) according to current platform swap ratios.
- Tax Responsibility: In compliance with current regulations, Trekmara will provide necessary tax documentation (e.g., Form 1099-DA). Users are responsible for reporting their own earnings and capital gains.
7. Web3 Financial Compliance
- Asset Classification: Trek and TC are provided as utility-based rewards for ecosystem participation. They do not convey rights to future profits or passive yield from Trekmara as a business enterprise.
- Network Integrity: Trekmara maintains surveillance systems to prevent wash-trading or artificial engagement. Suspicious accounts will have their trade settlement suspended immediately pending review.
8. Account Maintenance & Disputes
- Inactivity: Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may have their monetization eligibility paused.
- Appeals: Creators may appeal demonetization decisions through the Trekmara Support Portal within 14 days of the notice.
Certification
By applying for monetization, you certify that you have achieved Treklord status, completed KYC, and that your work is entirely human-produced within the Trekmara Niche Pillars.
